Founding Members Wanted
Task Force 28 is currently seeking founding members.
At this time, the unit is not yet open to normal enlistment. Instead, we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to get in early and help build the foundation of a serious, standards-driven milsim organization from the ground up.
This is an opportunity for people who want to help create something meaningful. We are looking for members who want to contribute to the development of training, leadership, policy, and structure while helping shape the culture and long-term direction of the unit before public recruitment begins.
Task Force 28 is built around a style of milsim that pushes close to hardcore realism. Discipline matters. Standards matter. Military knowledge matters. At the same time, this unit is not being built for elitists, ego, or rank-based arrogance. We are looking for serious people who understand that the purpose of all of this is to create an immersive, structured, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
We want members who are here to have fun, build friendships, and be part of a strong team. Respect for fellow members is non-negotiable. Anyone who cannot see the value of others regardless of rank, experience, or skill level will not be a good fit for this organization. Task Force 28 is meant to be serious in execution, but grounded in mutual respect, shared purpose, and a genuine passion for what we are building together.
We are also looking for people with a strong interest in Arma Reforger and a real willingness to learn. That means learning not only the game’s systems, but also the internal systems, standards, and expectations that allow a unit like this to function properly. Above all, we want people who can see the vision, believe in what this unit is trying to become, and want to help make it a reality.

Those who join now will not simply be joining a unit—they will be helping build it. Founding members will play a direct role in shaping the standards, culture, and future of Task Force 28 from the very beginning.
